Only 4 left! Actually less then that because my doctor wants to start me early so only about 3 weeks left. I have been having a lot of contractions lately so I asked the doctor about it when I saw him on Friday. His response was "Good" He said I have hit the point if I went into labor he wouldn't stop me. He actually said he wouldn't mind if I went into labor because he doesn't want me to have a big baby like Hayden again. So I was worrying about the contractions for nothing. So excited for this little girl to get here :)

Baby Shower!

My friend Daniella threw me a baby shower yesterday. It was so much fun. It was great to have my friends and family there to celebrate our little girl that is on her way. Daniella had a ton of great food. The cupcakes were awesome! We played a few games and opened presents. My little girl is already so spoiled. She got a ton of clothes and headbands and diapers. We all had a lot of fun. I can't wait for this little girl to get here.

Our family cat Fluff passed away on January 1st. She was 16 years old. She was a good cat. When I was little she liked to attack my feet so I was always so scared to walk past her because I didn't want her to bite me. We weren't that close when I was younger. Once I got older and so did she we got along better because she stopped attacking my feet every time I walked by. After I moved out of the house whenever I would go to visit my parents I would go and pick her up and hold her. Hayden loved her. He would take her toys and just sit them in front of her wanting her to play. She was getting to old to play so she would just lay there. Hayden figured this out so he would bring her a toy and give her a love. After she passed away and we went to visit my parents Hayden looked for her. He went into the room she always slept in and came out with his hands in the air and said "Where's meow?" It was cute but sad. He wanted his friend. Fluff was a good cat and we will miss her.

Only 7 to go. Hopefully only 6 if he still decides to start me early. This little girl is definitely getting bigger and she really likes to stretch out. She moves around a lot more then I remember Hayden moving but she gets the hiccups a lot less then he did as well. It will be interesting to see what she is like. I can't wait!

I can't believe my little guy is two years old already. It is crazy how fast time flies! Hayden has grown up so much since turning two. He now talks constantly and I can actually understand almost everything he says. He knows all of the letters of the alphabet. He can read the words: dog, dad, mom, cat, and Hayden. Our next goal is numbers. He is such a smart kid. We love him so much.

He loves his big bear. He has to have him sleep with him every night.

We had a great Christmas. Hayden was so much fun this year. He was so excited to open his presents. He was even excited when he got clothes! Andrew had set up a whole scavenger hunt around the house for my present. He had about four spots that I had to go to and at each spot was a little present. He got me a new Canon Rebel T3i. I am so excited to learn how to use it better and take some good pictures. Andrew got an Xbox 360 and a ton of games. Hayden got a bowling set. He has been obsessed with bowling so we finally got him his own. He loved it and played it all day.

For Christmas Eve we went to my Grandma and Grandpa Roach's house. Every year we do the nativity. I understand why a little more now. It is fun to watch the little kids do it but when I had to be in it I'm not gonna lie I wasn't real excited about it. They did a really good job at being reverent during the whole thing. Minus my son who didn't want to be in it and just wanted to play :)

28 weeks!

I am now 28 weeks! Only 12 to go. Eleven if my doctor starts me a week early like he wants. Fingers crossed. She is doing great. Right now she is in there sideways but the doctor said she will be flipping very soon and then I will really feel the pressure...goodie :( but that is ok because that is what she is supposed to do. I get to go take the glucose test this week. I was apparently supposed to do it before now but my doctor forgot to tell me. So I get to do it this week instead. Here's hoping I pass and that I don't have strep b again.

Miss You Wrinkles

Today the dog my family has had since I was 10 years old passed away. Wrinkles was a really good dog even though she loved to bark at everything. That is just what made her Wrinks :-) She would have been 13 years old in January so in dog years she was 91. Not to shabby for a dog. I know a lot of people will think it's just an animal why do you care so much but she was a part of our family. Like my dad said it is like losing your best friend. She was always there for you when you needed a friend to cuddle with or when my dad wanted to use her for evil purposes like waking us up in the morning :-) Even though I haven't lived at home for 4 years I will still miss her. It won't be the same without her but she is in a better place now and is no longer suffering.

She loved to sit at the top of the stairs and sleep. I don't think I ever came up the stairs in the morning and she wasn't laying there waiting.

If you were in the kitchen she was right at the gate hoping you would give her some of whatever it was you were getting.

Whenever I would sit at the bar she would squeeze in between the stools and fall asleep. She loved to be close to you.

24 weeks!

I hit the twenty four week mark on Monday. Only 3 1/2 months to go and we will have another baby. That is so crazy to think about. She is doing good and is definitely growing. She is getting very strong because when she kicks it makes me jump sometimes she kicks me so hard. I have finally gained some weight with this pregnancy. Total I have gained 7 pounds now. That makes me feel good seeing as I kept losing weight or not gaining very much at all.

Halloween was fun this year. Andrew had to work again this year so he had to miss the trick or treating. He was sad and so was Hayden. Hayden dressed up as a skeleton this year. He looked really cute. He did really well and left the costume on the whole time too. I didn't think he was going too. We got to visit family and Hayden definitely got enough candy to last awhile. It was a lot of fun.

The Saturday before Halloween we went with Andrew's brother Adam and his wife Lindsey to the Hogle Zoo for trick or treating. It was fun even though it was pretty cold. The boys got quite a bit of candy but we didn't get to see some of the animals because it was so cold they were inside. I forgot to get a picture of Zander in his costume but he was dressed up as a cow and he look very cute.

Hayden's Big Boy Bed!

We decided we should probably set up Hayden's bed to start getting him used to it. My brother and sister-in-law got their son a new bed so they gave us his old bed frame. All we needed was a mattress. So Saturday we went mattress shopping. Hayden was so excited when we got to the mattress place and put him on one of the beds. When we loaded his mattress onto the trailer he didn't want to get in the Jeep. He wanted to sit on his mattress to go home.

When we got it home Hayden wanted to take his nap on his new bed. So we let him. Probably not the best plan. When he woke up he ended up falling off of it and hitting his head. Now he is a little scared of his new bed. He still loves to climb on it but he won't sleep in it. Even though we went and bought a bed rail for it and showed him he won't fall out. I don't think he completely trusts the bed right now. Oh well one step at a time. He doesn't have to be out of the crib yet so we will let him warm back up to it.

Since Hayden gets to share a room with his baby sister I decided to do their room with Mickey and Minnie. Hayden's side will be Mickey and the babies side will be Minnie. I have been looking for Mickey bedding for awhile now because that is Hayden's favorite character; so I was super excited when I found this bed set at Kmart. It is super cute and Hayden loves it.

Hayden doesn't really like to smile for pictures so I know he likes his bed because he sat on it and kept saying cheese. After I took each picture he had to look at it too. (Look how small he looks)

20 weeks!

I am half way through this pregnancy already! It is crazy how fast it has gone by. We had the ultrasound and everything looks good. She is a healthy little girl. It is so nice to be able to call her a girl now instead of it, makes it seem more real now. I went to the doctor and I have been so sick with this pregnancy I haven't gained any weight. At my second doctors visit I had lost five pounds because I couldn't eat anything with the morning sickness. When that finally went away at 14 weeks I was able to eat again. But at my next visit I had only gain 2 and 1/2 pounds back. Then my family got struck with that nasty virus and I couldn't eat anything for a week. So when I went on Friday for another check up I had only gained a pound and a half. Technically I am half way done with my pregnancy and I have lost a pound since I got pregnant. That is really strange to me. With Hayden all I did was gain weight. My doctor isn't worried though because she is doing just fine and I have at least stopped loosing weight.

My Hayden is such a silly boy. After breakfast the other morning I still needed to get ready so Hayden decided he wanted to be in our room with me. So he took his banana and laid in our bed to watch cartoons. He had to have the covers up over him and he just lounged out on my pillow. It was so cute and he loved it.

These pictures are a little more blurry then normal. He didn't print us off pictures like he did with Hayden so I had to take pictures of the video. It still works. She was a little stink and stayed curled up in a ball almost the whole time so it took a while for the doctor to be able to check everything that he needed to to make sure she was ok. Just like her brother she did not want to show us her face but unlike her brother she didn't want to show us her girl parts either. Hayden had no problem showing us he was a boy. The man doing the ultrasound asked how big my first baby was and we told him 9 lbs 12 oz. His response was well she is a little fatty too. I guess I am just meant to have big babies.

Hayden loves to give his little sister loves and kisses. Anytime I ask him where the baby is he will point to my stomach and give her a kiss. It is so cute, I just hope it stays that way after she is born. Fingers crossed :)

We had our ultrasound today and we are having a ...... GIRL!!!! We are so excited! I don't have any pictures right now. All he gave us was a video. So once I figure out how to get some snap shots from it I will post them. Now to think of names and look at fun girl stuff :-)

17 weeks!

I am now 17 weeks along and everything is going good. I have started to feel small movements or what I think is the baby. We find out October 13 if we are having a boy or a girl!! Any guesses? I have a feeling it is another boy but it would be fun to have a little girl too. Especially since my sister-in-law is having a little girl and she is due a month before me. I will be happy with either! I can't wait.

For our anniversary Andrew agreed to let me get tickets to the Rascal Flatts concert. I was beyond excited because they are my favorite music group! My friend Amber tagged along. It was the best concert. Even Andrew keeps talking about it and he only came along because he wanted to come with me.

We took Hayden to the zoo for the first time last month. He loved it. One of his favorite animals were the tigers. He also liked the elephants. It was so much fun to watch him look at all the animals. He was so interested in all of them.

Crazy how fast time flies. Andrew and I have been married for 4 years. It seems like only yesterday we were married. Now we have the cutest little boy ever, another baby on the way, and a house of our own. It is crazy how much can change in 4 years. We have had our ups and downs but I wouldn't have it any other way. Andrew is the best man and husband I could ever have asked for. I love him so much. Happy Anniversary!!

Baby Update!

I am now 12 weeks along. I went to the doctor on Friday and we got to hear our little babies heartbeat; which always puts your mind at ease and lets you know the baby is doing good. I have been so sick lately that I have lost 5 pounds. That was a little weird. I'm not used to loosing weight while I'm pregnant your kind of supposed to do the opposite. But the doctor wasn't worried about it for now. If I loose more I'm sure he will be but lets hope that doesn't happen.

Andrew and Hayden came with me to my appointment. Hayden wasn't so sure about it when I laid down on the table. He came over to me and grabbed my hand and tried to pull me up off of the table. So Andrew picked him up so he could see that mommy was ok. Hayden wasn't so sure about the heartbeat he had a confused look on his face like what is that. Dr. Nance has a little doll the size of a baby at 12 weeks and he let Hayden see it. Hayden just looked at it and kind of examined it. It was really cute. I love that little boy so much. I can't wait for him to have a little sibling to play with. He will be such a good big brother.

He already loves babies. My sister Amberly just had her baby boy about three weeks ago. Hayden got to see him for the first time the other day. When I was holding him Hayden pointed at him with a look of who is that? So I told him this is your baby cousin Dallin. Hayden walked over and gave him a kiss on the top of his head. A little while later when Amberly was trying to leave she had put Dallin in his car seat. Hayden ran over with a little whine because he wanted to see the baby again. He tried to lean in and give him a kiss. We had to convince him to just blow him a kiss instead. My little guy is so cute!

This was the first year Hayden got to see the fireworks. He was absolutely amazed. He loved them. We did one areal firework and that is all he can talk about. Hayden loves to draw and now when you ask him what he is drawing he will point to the sky and say boom boom. It is so cute.

18 Months Old!

Hayden is now 18 months old (one and a half). It is so crazy how fast this kid is growing! He learns something new everyday. We went to the doctors and he now weighs 29 pounds 4 ounces (80th percentile) and is 34 1/4 inches tall (95th percentile). He is one tall boy!

Ok random post but I am really excited about our tree. We don't really have any shade in our backyard so it gets hot to stay out there for very long. So I was excited to plant our new little tree. I know that it will take a couple years before it really gives us a lot of shade but it will be nice when it does.

Father's Day/Andrew's Birthday!

Father's Day and Andrew's Birthday are always really close together. This year Andrew's Birthday was the day after Father's Day but he had to work so we just celebrated all weekend. On Saturday I made him a birthday dinner. I made steak, corn on the cob, watermelon, and bought him a birthday cake and ice cream. Hayden gave him all of the Rush Hour movies (hilarious). I told him he could get a bunch of the old school video games on the Wii. We celebrated Father's Day on Sunday. It was a great weekend!

The other day I decided to make Applesauce Chocolate Chip Cookies! They are one of my favorites and they don't have any milk in them so Hayden can enjoy them too! Hayden decided he wanted to help me make them. His shirt was covered in dough by the time we were finished and he loved it! We had so much fun making them together, especially eating them afterwards!

St. George!

My parents just bought a vacation home down it St. George. So this past weekend all of us, minus Brooks and Analisha who were in Denver, headed down to help them move some stuff in. The house is really nice. Three bedrooms, two baths and a huge family room that connects to the kitchen. That was Hayden's favorite room cause he could just run around like a crazy man. It was really funny. And of course I forgot to take pictures of the house but oh well next time.

We had a lot of fun.

It was Hayden's first weekend getaway. I know sad since he is almost one and a half but we haven't had money or time to travel for a long time. He had fun minus the car ride. We headed down Friday after I got off work. Hayden slept for the first hour (he was out before we even made it to Payson). Then we got to enjoy Mickey Mouse Clubhouse for the remainder of the drive. The weather couldn't decide what it wanted to do. If it wanted to down pour or if it wanted to be sunny. The whole way down it kept switching back and forth. That night we didn't do much. We unload the trailer and then went and got some dinner. Amb and JT got stuck in some horrible traffic going 5 miles an hour so they didn't make it until around 9 o'clock that night. Shortly after they got there Hayden and I went to bad. Hayden because it was past his bedtime and me because I had been up since 3 am.

The next day was a lot of fun. I know Hayden had a blast. We went and visited Andrew's grandparents and Aunt Kaye in the morning. We haven't seen them since Hayden was blessed which was in February 2010. So it had been a long time. When we got back to the house we packed up again and headed to the park. The kids had a blast blowing/popping bubbles, playing baseball and soccer, and just playing on the playground. It wore them all out. We got back to the house had lunch and then it was nap/rest time.

Then we got to go swimming. The neighborhood that my parents live in has an indoor pool. It was so nice not to have to worry about getting burned. It was Hayden's first time swimming as well (I know we are horrible parents). He LOVED it! But of course I forgot the camera. I may have to steal some pictures from my sister Amberly. He loved splashing in the water especially with his cousin Kyson and playing with Daddy. That night my parents took us all out to dinner at Pirate Island Pizza. It was really good. Hayden got two tokens with his kids meal so he got to play wack a shark. He thought it was pretty fun. That night we were all pretty tired we had a full day.

We all headed home on Sunday morning. The bad news was Hayden had had enough of the car. The good and bad news he slept for an hour but he was out before we even got to the gas station to fill up. So he woke up a half an hour into the trip. He wasn't happy with anything we had for him. So at lunch we stopped and ate and let him play on a playground. We went to Burger King and they have ICEE's. Well I left mine on the grass while I ran to the bathroom. Hayden decided it looked good and as I was walking back he was bent down taking a nice long drink from it. It was really funny!

In the end we made it home! Plus we didn't go nuts for our first major car adventure with a hyper little boy. It was a great weekend. I loved spending time with my family.

Mother's Day!

Poor Andrew was sick over the weekend of Mother's Day so he wasn't able to do anything for me. It didn't matter to me all I wanted was to spend the day with my boys. But he felt bad so on Tuesday he and Hayden got me flowers and two cd's I had been wanting (Taylor Swift: Speak Now and Sara Evans: Stronger). Then after Hayden went to bed Andrew and I had a movie night and watched Harry Potter 7 part 1. I love my boys so much. They are the best!

I am so blessed to have such wonderful boys in my life. A wonderful husband who puts up with my emotions and a amazing son who can always make me smile. I love them so much!

So Many Changes :(

So the past two weeks have been a little crazy at our house. Andrew was told he was getting a promotion at work. He is getting moved up to supervisor. We are glad but at the same time he had to change shifts which was not good. Now instead of working Thursday through Friday noon to midnight; he will now work Monday through Wednesday noon to midnight. Which would have been fine if he hadn't just started back to school a month and a half ago. He goes to school Monday through Wednesday from 6 pm to 10 pm.

Andrew was told he was getting the promotion whether he wanted it or not. So he had to go into school and change his schedule. So now he will be going to school from 8 to 11 am and working noon to midnight Monday through Wednesday. And he will also have school from 8 to 2 on Thursday.
So that wasn't going to work with my work schedule because we can't pay to have Hayden in daycare; since I work Monday through Thursday 6 am to 2 pm. However, we got a call saying that there was a paper route open in Spanish Fork. It would be everyday from 3 am to 6 or 7 am. I figured hey we would make more money doing that, so Andrew called them up and said we would do it. I decided I would do it and quit Maceys. I had told most of the people I work with and my boss that I was probably going to quit.

Today was my first morning. I was doing fine until we about half way through the route. That is when my motion sickness hit me and hit me hard. For those of you who don't know I get car sick really really bad. I didn't think about this when I said I could do the paper route. What I didn't realize is that you have to read a paper that tells you where the houses are and what paper they get. Worst combination ever Reading and being in a car plus having to turn around and reach in the back for a paper and throw it out the window. Needless to say before we were done with the route I had to have the lady training me pull over so that I could throw up (twice). It had been a long time since I have actually thrown up from my carsickness.

So all day today I was debating on what I was going to do. Was I going to keep the paper route and just see if I could get through the sickness and quit Maceys or stop doing the paper route and try to figure out a schedule where we won't need babysitters very much. Well I decided to go and do the route again this afternoon to see if I could handle it. NO WAY! I got sick super quick being the driver and trying to read the paper. So I came home and got frustrated because now I had to tell Andrew I couldn't do it and everyone that I work with. There were other reasons I decided I couldn't do it either. Like no vacation or sick leave (unless you find someone who knows the route and can do it for you). So now I get to go into work tomorrow and try and figure out a schedule that will work. I feel like a pain in everyone's butt today. I don't like feeling like that. I screwed up everyone's plans and I think people at work aren't very happy with me know.

Let's just say it has not been a good day today and I needed to rant about it. Thanks for listening if you read this entire thing.

After Hayden woke up and had breakfast we asked him if he wanted to go and find his Easter basket. He got really excited. So we took him downstairs to find his basket. He looked in each room and when he couldn't find it in one room he would go right into the next room. He was having so much fun. I took a video of him finding his basket but for some reason when I try to upload a video to blogger it doesn't work. Anyways we had a fun Easter. We visited family and ate lots of food it was a fun day.

This year was the first year Hayden really got to do an Easter egg hunt. He loved it. He was really good at picking them up and then chucking them into his bucket. After we were done and everyone else was playing on the tramp Hayden was walking around swinging his bucket and smiling. His eggs would fall out he would swing it so hard so he would stop and pick them up again. He was being really cute.

My birthday was on the 15th, but I actually got to celebrate it three times. The day of my birthday was great. I got to hang out with my boys in the morning until Andrew had to got to work; and that night my best friend Amber came over. We went and bought junk food and pizza and watched Twilight (ultimate cheesy chick flick) after Hayden went to bed. It was a fun day.

The second time I got to celebrate was on Sunday. We had my family come over to our house for cake and ice cream. Luckily it was really nice outside so we got to have the party out in the backyard. The kids had a blast running around and playing on the swing set. I forgot to take my camera outside so I don't have any pictures.

The third time I celebrated was with my sisters (Amberly, Analisha, and Ashley) and my mom. We all went out to dinner on Tuesday to Mi Rancherito in Payson. It was really good. I hadn't been there in a long time. We decided to make it a tradition and go out to dinner for all of our birthdays so that we can talk. We don't get to talk when all the kids are around so it is nice to get together with just the girls every once in awhile. We did have them take a picture of us but it is on my mom's camera.

My favorite present was from Andrew. He found an old headboard on KSL for free. Brought it home and my Grandpa Roach stained it and made it look really nice. We haven't had a headboard in our room and I have wanted one for a long time. It is really pretty I love it!

Today Hayden and I went to the park for lunch. It was a lot of fun. We walked to the library and played on the playground. Hayden loved the swings, that is where we spent most of our time. He loved eating his lunch outside. It was a great day with my little man!

15 months!

My son is a big guy! We went to the doctor today and he is now 27 lbs 1 oz (which is the 80th percentile for his age) and he is 33 inches long (90th percentile). Crazy how fast he is growing. He did so good at the doctors today. He entertained himself by running around the room and when the doctor came in he let him check him without complaint. I didn't know how he would do now that he knows how to get away but he was great. He only had to get one shot this time so that was nice. He cried when she put it in his leg but as soon as she put the band aid on his leg he was fine. It was passed nap time though so on the way home he kept dosing off since the shot makes him sleepy too. Poor kid was so tired. I just love that little guy he has the funnest personality and is always so happy!

He fell asleep watching Sesame Street with mom. He was sick and couldn't sleep.

So yesterday our glass temple from our wedding cake shattered everywhere. Needless to say I was a little upset. We don't know how it happened either. It was on top of our entertainment center in a dome with a base to keep it on. Andrew walked passed it and it was like it jumped off at him. But the funny thing was that the base stayed where it was. It didn't look like it budged at all. All that fell was the temple and the glass dome. It was so strange. I am rather sad. Another bad thing was that it landed on Hayden's toys and got glass all over them (luckily Hayden was in bed when it broke). So I was cleaning up glass along with washing toys last night.

We had fun on Valentine's Day. We watched The Blind Side and had Barry's for dinner. It was so much fun spending time with my boys.

I got Andrew The Blind Side and Hayden got a new Mickey Mouse movie that came with it's own remote.

The Boys gave me this but Hayden kind of adopted him. Andrew named him Woofy and Hayden loves to give him loves :)

The pretty flowers Andrew sent me at work. The smelled so good. I also got a new dvd player cause ours was starting to die. We had fun being together.

I decided it was time for Hayden to get a haircut. The back was getting so long and it looked like a rat's nest no matter what I did. So his Aunt Keisha cut it for us. It was her first baby cut too. It was a first for everyone involved. He did pretty good. He didn't cry or anything he would just try to look and see what she was doing so I would try and distract him so Keisha could cut it. It turned out really cute. He looks so handsome.

January flew by I can't believe it's already February! Our month wasn't very eventful. Hayden is growing everyday and now has eight teeth and is working on number nine.

Andrew started reading the Hunger Games series. He can't put it down and he doesn't really like to read so that is saying something. He's on book number two already. I'm going to start the first one after I finish book number two of the Vampire Diaries series (another good series).

Hayden loves books! Any book he can get his hands on he will make you read it over and over again. Sad to say Andrew and I had to hide his books because he wouldn't let us do anything else. So we have designated story times for him. His favorite is when it is time for a bedtime story. He gets all excited drops whatever he is doing and runs over to you with his arms in the air. His favorite story right now is an Arthur book called Glasses for DW. We have read it many times.I have also recently become addicted to Glee. It's so cheesy but I love it. I just bought the new CD from this season :)

I have also become addicted to How I Met Your Mother. It is such a funny show. I love it.

Hayden has found his love for TV already. That would be mine and Andrew's fault because we like to have the TV on in the background during the day. So we have started turning it off a lot of the day. I will let him watch one or two shows a day. His favorites are Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Word World, and Super Why. Luckily none of them are really annoying so I don't get sick of them. And they are all teaching him something (Bonus).

So that was my random post about what my family is into right now. Hope it wasn't to boring. I had fun finding all of the pictures. Next up is Valentine's Day!

Hayden's First Year!

I can't believe my little guy is one year old already. It is crazy how fast time flies. Hayden has changed our lives so much for the better since he was born. He is the funnest little guy. He is constantly pulling faces that make me laugh. His laugh is very contagious and completely adorable. He is so smart and picks up on things so fast. He loves Mickey Mouse, Sports, and music (he dances anytime he hears it). He is all boy there is no doubt about that. He also takes after his daddy a lot. They are very similar (probably why they already have arguments and Hayden can't even talk yet). I love his little personality. I couldn't have asked for a better baby.
Last year on December 29, 2009 Hayden was born at 10:00pm. He weighed 9 pounds 12 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long.
One year later on December 30, 2010 he now weighs 24 pounds 8 ounces and is 31 inches long. He is growing so fast!

Today was Hayden's first birthday! He had a lot of fun but it was a teething day so he didn't take very good naps so he was a little ornery at his party. It was still a lot of fun to have our friends and family come over to celebrate Hayden's birthday with us.

Christmas Eve at Grandma and Grandpa Roach's is one of my favorite traditions. Dinner, Nativity, Presents, and Grandpa reading Twas the Night Before Christmas. It is always so much fun. And this year was Hayden's first year to be in the Nativity. He was a wise man even though we usually have the newest baby be baby Jesus. I didn't think it was gonna work since he is almost one year old. He wouldn't have sat still long enough.

Christmas was so much fun this year. It was Hayden's first Christmas! When the day started he was so excited to open the presents once he figured out there were toys inside. By the end of the day he really didn't want to open presents anymore though. He is definitely on spoiled little guy. He got so many fun things I don't think he knows what to do with them all. His basketball hoop is probably the one he plays with the most plus all the balls he got in his stocking. Hayden is going to be our sports boy no doubt about it.
We loved spending the day with our family and seeing all of the kids so excited about Christmas. I love the holiday season it is the best.

My baby boy is ten months old. I can't believe in two months he will be one. It is crazy how fast the time has gone by. He can now stand on his own, walk with his walker, and is the fastest little crawler I have ever seen. He is such a smiley kid now too. Hayden's smile is the cutest.

Last night we went to the Red Barn with my family to pick out pumpkins. Andrew had to work so he didn't get to come. We still had fun though. Hayden loved the hayride to the pumpkin patch. He was swinging his arms and talking the whole way. My dad carried Hayden through the pumpkins and Hayden just stared at all of the pumpkins as we walked by. When I found a pumpkin for him and showed it to him he wanted to hold it. So I gave it to him and he started banging on it.

Hayden is nine months old today! I can't believe how much he is growing. We went to the doctor yesterday and Hayden now weighs 23 pounds 9 ounces and is 31 inches long. He is in the 90th percentile with his weight and is off the charts with his height. I love my crazy little boy. Even though he is into everything and I don't get a lot accomplished during the day I love spending my day with him.

Andrew and I have been married for three years today! Crazy how fast time goes by. It seems like only yesterday we got married and now we have a house and a little baby boy :). Yeah I said TEETH!!! His two bottom teeth popped through this morning. When I mentioned in my last blog that I could see a white spot I had no idea that it was that close to coming through let alone both of them. He got pretty lucky with these teeth they didn't swell, he hasn't been fussy, no yucky diapers (lucky for me :) and he just started drooling like crazy today after they were already through. Hopefully we get this lucky every time (doubtful but I can dream right). I'll try and get a picture up here sometime but I won't make any promises he's not wanting to show them off quite yet, they are still a little sore. Crazy how fast life changes!!

7 Months Old!

I can not believe my baby boy is 7 months old. Time has flown by. It seems like just yesterday he would just lay in my arms and be so content. Now he doesn't sit still. He has figured out how to crawl and that is all he wants to do. He is getting really fast at the army crawl. He hasn't quite gotten the hang of crawling on his hands and knees but he's getting there. It is so crazy how fast he is growing and changing. Tonight before I put him to bed I noticed a little bit of white on his gums so I investigated...he is starting to get his first tooth. It is just in the beginning stages not very close to breaking through but it is there on his bottom left. Life just keeps getting crazier but I wouldn't have it any other way. I love my little man.

This year was Hayden's first 24th of July and in a way he was apparently really excited. He didn't take his regular morning nap until the parade started. He apparently wanted to see what it was all about then when the sirens started he started to fall asleep on my shoulder. Yeah my son can sleep through anything. He also fell asleep in the middle of the blanket while we were eating lunch and stayed asleep while a massive water fight broke out. I had to protect him from the water a little bit. I love the 24th. It is such a great tradition with our family. Parade, lunch, and homemade ice cream. It is just the best!

Yesterday Andrew decided it was time to give the dogs a bath because it has been quite awhile since they have had one. Hayden and I decided to go outside and watch. Lilly went first and she was smiling after she got used to the water. Buddy wasn't so happy he hated his bath. Hayden thought it was really interesting to watch daddy give the puppies a bath.

I can't believe my baby boy is 6 months old. It feels like just yesterday I was in the hospital holding him for the first time. He is growing up so fast. He is now moving everywhere. He rolls, can walk in his walker and is constantly trying to crawl. We tried cereal for the first time a couple weeks ago. And then we tried baby food. Not a big fan of either at first but now he is starting to like them both. I love my little man and can't wait to see what happens in the next 6 months!!

I got to go and see Eclipse the day before it came out at 5 o'clock. It is an awesome movie. I loved it but of course I also loved the book. They did a really good job on the movie. I want to go see it again.

We got to celebrate Father's Day and Andrew's birthday on the same day this year. Andrew is now 22 years old and is no longer aloud to call me old. He thinks it's great for the two months that I am older then him. He calls me old every chance he gets. That's over now for another year. I love Andrew so much he is the best husband and dad to Hayden that I could ever ask for. He got spoiled this year and got to go to Harbor Freight and pick out a few things that we would "surprise" him with later. Breakfast is Andrew's favorite meal so I decided to make a really good breakfast. I made him french toast, scrambled eyes, bacon, and sausage with orange juice. It was a lot of food we couldn't finish it all, but Andrew was very excited. I don't make breakfast ever, that is his job. Hayden loves his daddy so much. Some days he just watches Andrew all day and grins every time Andrew looks at him it is so cute. I love my boys and couldn't ask for a better Daddy for my Hayden.

I watched the movie Remember Me last night. It is such a good movie. I wasn't sure about it but it looked interesting so I rented it. My only warning it is a tearjerker. I cried for a little while after it was over.

Hayden is now 4 months old!! I can't believe how big he is getting. We went to the doctor today and he now weighs 18 lbs 1 oz and is 25 and 3/4 inches long. He is such a happy little boy. He is changing everyday. Over this last month he has started trying to sit up by himself and he has rolled from his back to his stomach. I love watching him discover new things. He has started sucking on his tongue and making smacking noises with it. It is so cute. I can't wait to see what he discovers next.

This past week Hayden decided he wanted to start smiling, giggling, and jabbering. It is the cutest thing in the world. Hayden is two months old. It is amazing how fast he is growing. He went for his two month check up and he now weighs 15 lbs and is 24.5 inches long.

Hayden's Blessing Day!

Hayden was blessed on February 14 by Andrew. It was a great blessing. Andrew did a wonderful job. I'm so glad he was able to bless our son. I couldn't ask for a better husband or a better dad for Hayden.

I can't believe Hayden is already one month old. Time is going by so fast. He is growing and changing all the time. He is finally starting to smile a little bit when you talk to him. You really have to work at it and he has only done it once or twice but he has the cutest smile. Here are some pictures from through out the month.Picture taken at the hospital

Hayden got his first real bath tonight and he liked it. No screaming or anything. He just lounged out in the water and let us scrub him down. It was so cute.

Our baby boy is finally here!!! Hayden Justin Jensen was born on December 29, 2009 at 10:00pm. He weighed 9 pounds 12 ounces and was 21 inches long. I can't believe how big he was. He is so amazing. I couldn't love anyone or anything more then I love him.

40 weeks!!

Today is our little boys due date but no baby yet. We go to the doctor on Monday if he's not here by then and we'll get to find out what day the doctor will induce me. Hopefully he'll come before then but who knows.

39 weeks...only one more to go. It has come so fast yet so slow at the same time. I hope we are ready for our little guy cause ready or not here he comes. I'm so excited but scared at the same time. Life is about to change drastically and I can't wait.He just keeps getting bigger :)

I'm now about 33 and a half weeks along. Only 6 and a half more weeks. It's so crazy how fast it is coming but how slow at the same time. I can't wait for our little guy to be here.

Pumpkin Carving!!!

Amber and I decided we wanted to get a couple people together to carve pumpkins and it was so much fun. Laurcie had never carved a pumpkin before so we had to do it so she could have the experience :). Everyone's pumpkins turned out really good. Amber is definitely the pumpkin carver out of all of us. We had a great time carving our pumpkins and afterward we watched a Halloween movie. It was a good night.

Baby Stuff!!

We weren't really planning on buying too much for the baby yet but everyone keeps telling us about all these good deals. So far we have got a crib, a playpen, and a car seat/ stroller. The crib was a really good deal. My sister in law Analisha called and told us that K-Mart had this deal going that if you bought the crib (which was on sale) you would get the mattress for free! That saved us about 60 bucks. Then yesterday my sister Ashley called and told me that again K-Mart was having a sale on their strollers and playpens. The playpen was only 40 dollars so we saved about 30 bucks on that one. The stroller we got only ended up being $125 which isn't bad since most run about $150 or so. I'm so glad that my family keeps an eye out for all of these sales or I don't know what we would have done. I'm not good at watching for sales. I'm so excited cause his room is starting to look like a babies room now. Now we just need all of the necessities for him like diapers, wipes, clothes, and everything else. I'm so excited for our son to get here!

26 weeks!

I'm now 26 weeks and I'm starting to feel big. He loves to stretch out and kick and punch. I swear he is constantly moving around in there. I can't wait for him to get here!

Our Second Anniversary!!

So our second anniversary is on Monday but both Andrew and I have to work so we decided to celebrate today. Andrew woke me up early this morning before he went to bed and surprised me with a candy basket for the two of us, a cheesecake, and he had even made a cake!! I was very surprised. He is so sweet. I can't believe that we have been married for 2 years. It seems like we just barely got married. I love Andrew so much and don't know what I would do without him.

24 weeks!!

So I'm now 24 weeks. Our little boy is growing so fast. He is getting stronger everyday. Andrew was amazed at how hard he was kicking me the other day, he was pretty impressed at his little boy.

My Baby Boy Likes Action Movies!

So Andrew and I went and watched GI Joe with a couple of Andrew's cousins and his youngest brother. It was a good movie. I fully recommend it. But throughout the entire movie my baby boy would not stop moving around. Then at some points in the movie he would just push against me and just sit there. Oh my gosh it was so funny I couldn't help but laugh. Andrew asked what I was laughing about so I told him about our little boy. So Andrew felt the little guy just pushing me and Andrew said he was trying to watch the movie too, he must not have wanted to miss out. I think I might be in for it if my little boy already likes the action movies!
